HAILHousing Association for Integrated Living (HAIL) is an Approved Housing Body with over 470 properties mainly in the Greater Dublin area. HAIL's purpose is to provide the key to independent living by providing housing and support services to those experiencing significant and enduring mental health difficulties, enabling them to live independently and fully integrated into their communities. HAIL's Vision is to drive excellence in mental health housing support and be the partner of choice for delivering integrated independent living in communities across Ireland.

THE POSITION

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Head of Finance will be responsible for the management of HAIL's Finance and Corporate Services function including leading on HAIL's financial management, performance and planning. As part of HAIL's Leadership Team, the Head of Finance will also assist the CEO in delivering new business with appropriate financial and risk analysis and keep the Board and Leadership Team up to date on all financial related matters.

REQUIREMENTS

Interested candidates will hold a professional accountancy qualification together with five plus years relevant post qualification experience. Core competencies will include leadership, business planning, strategic vision, and organisational awareness, coupled with commercial acumen, resilience and also strong awareness of the regulatory environment in which HAIL operates. Candidates must be confident and exceptional communicators and be comfortable in reporting to board level. They will also have the capacity to passionately engage, inspire, and influence team members and key stakeholders in the delivery of the vision of HAIL.
