Principal Connections, announces regional expansion
Irish Executive Search Firm Principal Connections, announces regional expansion with plans to launch new Galway offices
Principal Connections, Ireland’s premier executive recruitment agency has announced plans to launch new offices in the West of Ireland. The executive recruitment firm who provide retained executive search, interim management, non-executive recruitment services as well as leadership consulting solutions to many of Ireland’s top companies has taken the strategic decision to locate its new offices in the suburban town of Headford just outside Galway City.
The move follows a very successful year for the executive recruiters with offices in Dublin 2 who continue to play a significant role in many of Ireland’s most high-profile executive appointments. The firms model to work on a retained only basis has paid high dividends as it continues to deliver a 98% success rate to its national client base. With a team of nine, the firm is now set for further growth. A rigorous recruitment campaign is underway for the Galway offices as the executive search specialist seeks to build out its team.
Speaking about the firms plans, Galway Native and Managing Partner, Pat O’Donnell, said “as the only Irish member firm of global top 25 executive search group, Agilium Worldwide LLC, we naturally pride ourselves on our significant capability to identify, assess and recruit elite executive talent from the global marketplace. We will now become Ireland’s only global retained executive search agency with a dedicated office serving the West, North West, South and South West of Ireland.”
O’Donnell, who has been part of Ireland’s executive search industry for more than a decade, went on to say, “the positioning of our new Galway offices is a tactical step for the firm. It will enable us to better serve the increasing necessity for top tier senior, executive and specialist leadership talent for companies in regional locations such as Galway, Limerick, Cork, Mayo, Sligo and Westmeath among others”
