Mr. Marshall largely focuses his time on assisting clients across a variety of industry sectors including Industrial/Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities, Healthcare, Logistics and the Public Service spheres. He is considered a trusted expert in the recruitment of all C-suite positions, as well as challenging Senior Management and Board appointments. Clients include Plcs, Private and Public Organisations, and Entrepreneurs looking to grow and scale their businesses.
With a career spanning 20+ years, prior to joining Principal Connections, Mr. Marshall was Commercial Director for Experis and Country Manager for Right Management (both part of the ManpowerGroup), and also served for many years with a prominent Irish executive search & selection firm.
Following his early career as a Naval Officer with the Defence Forces, Mr. Marshall also held a variety of senior-level business development and operations management roles in the Not-For-Profit and Medical Technology sectors.
Mr. Marshall holds a Masters’ Degree in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland as well as qualifications in Military Management and Nautical Science.
